We invite all Polers to spend their vacation at the beach and train with us Pole Dance whenever you feel like it. Pole jams and fun are our main goals.
I'm Carla Tome, passionate Surfer, Poler and Surf Photographer. I pole for 11 years and I love it, that is why I want to share it with others and improve in this sport together. If you come alone I can train with you, we can spot and learn with each other.
To combine POLE and SURF for me is the best of two world's. You can go for a surf and also pole dance at home in Lisbon coastal line, or book a beach pole photoshoot in Lisbon with an amazing ocean view and sunsets. At the beach it is all about doing pole sport, there won't be any lessons given at the beach, but it can happen if we don't have the pole house available for the dates you want and we have a teacher visiting. Just ask us, maybe we can make a special package just for you. Pole lessons in Lisbon are usually given in the pole and surf house at Costa da Caparica when we have pole camps or at the beach.

We have a surf and pole house called Surfmoments located at Vila Nova de Milfontes, Alentejo. At our pole house we have one pole for you to use daily for training for free and for the pole retreat we have two stages and more pole outside for the lessons. We are at a 20min walk or 4 min drive from town but very close to peace and quiet.
Vila Nova de Milfontes is a great place for you to spend your beach vacation time and a typical coastal village of Portugal. This surfing village has a great vibe, a river and many hiking trails part os the fisherman's trail of Costa Vicentina. Surfing is easy and seafood is as fresh as it can be. You can enjoy our sandy beaches with amazing sunsets, that are perfect for Beach Pole photoshoots. further away you walk or drive, the wild nature will reveal itself. There are a lot of hidden gems in this area. Trafaria and Fonte da Telha are also beaches you should visit.

Our camps will have one beachpole photoshoot included. During the first few pole lessons at the camp teacher will prepare you guys for the shoot, meaning you will need or should have 10 figures/tricks and please write them down, because you will forget and so we don't waste time at the shoot. You will get at least 12 photos, but we always try to give you all the best ones, please note that quantity is not quality. Bring at least two outfits to change to and no blue please, photos will look much better with some contrast since the ocean and the sky are already blue, most times. The beachpole session will be organized by the photographer and teacher, but we always ask if you prefer during the day or sunset time. The photoshoot takes around 2h and polers take turns so nobody cools off waiting. It's a great experience and a forever souvenir.
